Criteria for Assessing the Architectural and Environmental Expressiveness of Shopping and Entertainment Centres

Abstract: This article discusses the main criteria for assessing the attractiveness of shopping and entertainment centres. The main requirements for the design of shopping and entertainment facilities are identified. The logical model and marketing strategy, which form a priority direction in the development of the shopping and entertainment centre, has been studied. All currently existing types and subtypes of models of shopping centres have been studied. The architectural and design principles and methods of organizing the object at all levels of design are substantiated. The features of the architectural and design solution of shopping and entertainment areas in the system of multifunctional complexes are considered in detail. Associative techniques and principles of shopping facilities that affect the visitor have been studied and researched. The main components that have a positive effect on human emotions are identified. The basic requirements and specific architectural and design solutions for the convenience of people with limited mobility have been studied and justified.
