Theoretical and Methodological Positions of Formation and an Estimation of Personnel Potential of the Enterprise
Abstract: In the article some aspects of research of definition of the term personnel potential of the enterprise are considered. The main theoretical and methodological positions are analyzed. Author’s definitions of the term personnel potential in the broad and narrow sense of the word are given. The main quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the formation of human resources are indicated.
