Analysis of Organizational and Technological Solutions for the Construction of Monolithic Reinforced Sunk Wells

Abstract. This article discusses methods and measures for the construction of monolithic reinforced sunk wells for various structural purposes. The basic scheme of operation, the technology of the device and the design solution of the object under consideration, as well as possible variants of technological methods for sinking sunk wells are shown. The list of works and measures necessary for the construction of monolithic reinforced sunk wells is given. The stages of the device of sinkholes with the use of various technologies and means of mechanization are covered in detail. The leading construction machines and special auxiliary means for the production of works are presented. Variants of technologies are given, and the analysis of their technical and economic indicators is carried out to identify the optimal solution for the device of sinkholes of various functional purposes.

The Choice of a Rational Method for Repairing Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Shells of Cooling Towers, Taking into Account the Possibility of Using Different Means of Scaffolding

Abstract. The technologies used for the restoration of the reinforced concrete shells of the exhaust towers of cooling towers are not effective enough, therefore the frequency of repair work is 3–4 years. In addition, the specificity of thin-walled structures of exhaust towers of cooling towers significantly limits the possibility of using means of under-drawing and small mechanization, which leads to a significant increase in the cost and duration of repair work. Studies have shown that the variety of specific conditions for the restoration of monolithic reinforced concrete shells of cooling towers requires a comprehensive approach that takes into account not only the size and geometric shape of the exhaust tower of the cooling tower, but also the possibility of using various means of scaffolding, taking into account the feasibility study. The built schedules allow you to determine the labor intensity and cost of repairs, as well as the cost of renting the means of scaffolding.

Factors Influencing Organizational and Technological Decisions on Reinforcement of Structures

Abstract. The article describes the relevance of the work, the analysis of previously performed research and development in the field of technology and organization of construction production, aimed at the formation and selection of rational structural and technological solutions for the construction of monolithic structures of frame buildings. The sequence of operations for the installation of reinforcing elements is described. For the purpose of systematization and selection, the main factors influencing the change in the main technological parameters for the erection of monolithic structures of frame buildings have been investigated. Solutions aimed at improving the technology of erection of monolithic structures of frame buildings are proposed. The influence of production factors limiting the construction of the structure is estimated. A flowchart of increasing the efficiency of erection of a monolithic floor slab for frame buildings is presented. Comparative indicators of labor intensity and duration of erection of vertical and horizontal structures in frame-monolithic buildings with different reinforcing elements are given.

Determination of the Сonsumption of Dry Mix Produced by the Company «KNAUF» when Installing Monolithic Screeds Taking into Account the Quality of the Base Surface

Abstract. The analysis of the requirements of Russian and European regulatory documents for the quality of the surfaces of the bases for the application of monolithic screeds prepared from dry mixtures on them. It is noted that the requirements for the quality of finished screed surfaces set forth in various regulatory documents affect the consumption of the dry mixture used for their preparation. The results of a numerical experiment are presented based on the methodology for assessing the quality of base surfaces set forth in the German industrial standard DIN 18 202. On the basis of the developed methodology, the possible consumption of dry mix for the device of monolithic screeds is determined, taking into account the quality of the bases made of monolithic reinforced concrete. A production experiment was carried out and the actual consumption of the dry mix produced by the «KNAUF» company for the device of a monolithic screed was determined.

Comparative Evaluation of Installation Methods for a 150 m Steel Exhaust Tower

Abstract. The manufacturability of building structures is determined by several leading factors: design, production and operation. There is always a relationship between these factors. Improvement of some technological factors may lead to complication of others. Therefore, the manufacturability of building structures should be considered taking into account their manufacture, transportation, installation and operation. Evaluation of the installation process ability of exhaust towers should be carried out according to the aspect of labor intensity of installation work. When evaluating the installation process ability, you should be guided by the main parameters of the structure being built (weight, number of shipping marks and bolts, mass of the deposited metal of the mounting connections), which have the greatest impact on the complexity of installation work. Manufacturability is most often evaluated as a comparison of the indicators of the planned design with the reference sample. A standard project or a new structure is accepted as a reference model.

Abstract. Industrial safety is a complex of various measures aimed at preventing and / or minimizing the consequences of accidents at hazardous production facilities. Simply put, industrial safety is the creation of conditions at an enterprise or facility where the risk of accidents is minimal, and in the event of an emergency and an accident, there is a plan of action to prevent it with minimal loss of life. Industrial safety and the enterprise are inextricably linked at all stages of the organization’s existence, from the design and operation stage to the liquidation of the enterprise. The company represented by the head of the company, the chief engineer and persons responsible for the operation of hazardous equipment, is responsible for compliance with the norms and rules of industrial safety. Industrial safety expertise (EPB) is an assessment of the compliance of the object of expertise with the requirements and standards of safe operation prescribed in the federal standards and rules of industrial safety, as well as other documents of the DPR on industrial safety. The result of the industrial safety examination is the conclusion of the industrial safety examination, registered in the register of conclusions of the EPB Russian State Technical Authority. Industrial safety expertise is carried out only by enterprises that belong to hazardous production facilities, regardless of the hazard class.

The Choice of Organizational and Technological Solutions for Concreting Vertical Structures in the Winter Conditions of Donbas

Abstract. The article describes the relevance of the work, the analysis of previously performed research and development in the field of technology and organization of construction production, aimed at the formation and selection of rational solutions for the construction of vertical monolithic structures in winter conditions. The essence and state of the issue of choosing a method of winter concreting in the conditions of Donbas is revealed. The article describes the technology of heating the concrete of the columns with heating wires using a system of automatic programmed control of heat treatment processes. The layout and connection of the heating wire and the algorithm for regulating the heating of the concrete of the columns during heat treatment have been developed. An assessment of the influence of production factors limiting the construction of the structure is given. Comparative indicators on the labor intensity and duration of the construction of vertical structures for various schemes of laying the heating wire using the system of automatic software control of heat treatment processes are given.

Normalizing the Accuracy of Determining the Roll of Chimneys

Abstract. The article provides a comparative analysis of various regulatory documents on standardizing the accuracy of determining the roll of chimneys under construction and operating conditions. It was found that some regulatory documents are in conflict with each other. The requirement that the ratio of the limit roll to the error of its measurement be equal to 5 or more has not been met. Options for solving this problem are presented. To reduce the influence of strict requirements for the accuracy of determining the roll of chimneys under construction with a height of up to 100 m, it is proposed to express the error in determining the roll by a linear function that eliminates this drawback. As a result of an extensive discussion of the article, it is proposed to find an optimal solution to the problem of normalizing the accuracy of determining the roll of not only chimneys, but also other types of high-rise tower-type structures.

Justification of Rational Parameters of the Metal Structure of the Boom of the Auto-Hydraulic Lift in the Process of Service Area Increasing

Abstract. The article deals with the issues of ensuring the strength characteristics of the metal structure of the boom of an auto-hydraulic lift with an increase in the service area. Based on the analysis of the design features of the boom equipment of hydraulic lifts, the main trends in the development of this lifting equipment are determined. It is proposed to perform the upper boom of the crank lift with a telescopically extendable section, which will increase the height of the cradle lift. Numerical analysis of the stress-strain state of the main and upgraded boom of the lift is performed in the Compass-3D APM FEM: Strength analysis software environment. According to the results of loading the lift, the highest stress concentrations and maximum deformations in the boom are revealed. The analysis of the effect of the arrangement of diaphragms on the bending strength of the boom is performed. Rational parameters of the upper boom with a telescopically extended section are determined.
